1. Joule-Electric Service Terms & Conditions
Joule-Electric offers professional electrical services, including but not limited to:
- Electrical troubleshooting & repairs
- Panel upgrades & replacements
- EV charger installations
- Dedicated circuit installations
- Lighting fixture installations
- Surge protection
- General electrical service calls
All estimates are subject to site inspection, and final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions.
2. Payments, Refunds & Warranty Policies
- Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inquiry and may be adjusted upon further evaluation.
- A deposit may be required before beginning larger projects.
- Full payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late payments beyond 14 days may be subject to additional fees.
- Permit fees and additional administrative costs will be included in project estimates when applicable.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and only before work begins.
4. Service Agreements & Liabilities
- Joule-Electric provides a one-year warranty on labor and parts provided by us from the completion date.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, pre-existing conditions, or work altered by another party.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from faulty pre-existing wiring or structural issues unrelated to our work.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their electrical work complies with HOA, rental agreements, or additional third-party requirements.
5. Permits & Compliance
- Certain electrical projects require permits, which will be obtained when necessary.
- The customer is responsible for all permit-related fees.
- Joule Electric follows all local and national electrical codes but is not responsible for delays due to permit approvals.

6. Privacy & Customer Data Protection
- We do not sell or distribute customer data to third parties.
